Hotel Guests Beware!!

Liked: I did like the location of the hotel and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. And the staff did check in periodically to see if we needed anything.
Disliked: I didn't like that the elevators were very small and they only had two elevators for the entire hotel. And one of them wasn't working one night and we had to walk up and down the six flights of stairs because when the one elevator finally reached us it would be full each time. And I didn't like that when we asked to get a cab to Penn Station for our trip home, they said they couldn't call one and that we would have to walk to the corner to get one. They did mention that they had a car service to the airport but that it was very expensive, so not helpful at all!! And we then tried to get a cab ourselves but were unsuccessful. And we then had to pay double with a private car and barely made our train!! So that was very disappointing, being hotel guests we thought they could at least call us a cab.

Amazing

Liked: The hotel is amazing, offers excellent service, and is located just down the road from the UN. Just down the street from the UN, the hotel is fantastic and provides great service. This prime location makes it convenient for diplomats and visitors attending conferences, ensuring a comfortable stay while they engage in important discussions. lots of coffee shops and wonderful spots for Times Square shopping; everything was just central.

Very good hotel in a...

Liked: Comfortable and clean room with very updated bathroom.Bed was also comfortable.Really appreciated being able to drop off luggage prior to check in and then again after checking out . Very accessible location to nearby sites like the Chrysler Building. Good little pastry and coffee spot just a couple of steps away. Finally walking distance to bway theaters
Disliked: .The $25 buffet breakfast was way too much money to consider. It should have a option for a light breakfast

Liked: There was a lovely fresh smell when you walked through the doors from the streetVery clean and modern
Disliked: The air conditioning was a bit loud and if I’m been picky the room was a bit small I would also prefer a kettle rather then a coffee maker as we prefer tea
