Disliked: Room aircon very noisy. Wardrobe doors seemed to be from the 1970's and in fact are dangerous (I cut my head on the door). No room service!! Super expensive for what it was, poor service from the staff. No shop to buy essentials. Gym was really poor. Should I go on?I won't be back.

Liked: The location was ok. I thought the hotel was right in Times Square. But it was a short walk. The staff was AMAZING. Super accommodating. My husband tripped getting out of a car right in front of the hotel, and they offered band aids and checked on him almost every day after.
Disliked: The bed was AWFUL. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. They cleaned the rooms too late. We would leave by 9 am every morning, and come back around 4. And the room still wasn’t clean.

Disliked: It’s a bit noisy during cleaning hours in the morning. Maybe staff should talk a bit lower.
