Exceptional

Liked: Beds are comfortable
Disliked: No pool towels all the time. Lady at desk wouldn't get a wine bottle opener and then i found out you have disposable ones for guests. Breakfast not included and way to expensive. I got charged over $50 in "fees" for booking online outside of the hotel.

Liked: The hotel was nice. The room was ok.
Disliked: There was garbage under the bed when I got there. Also, I was double charged, which I still haven't seen the supposed refund I was promised. I will not be staying here again.

Exceptional

It was incredibly underwhelming and...

Liked: Location overall was easy enough to get to and was only a ten minute drive from the location of the event that we attended, which was nice.
Disliked: Honestly, it was filled with several disappointments. The hot tub was roped off and under repair. The fridge in the room was plugged in but didn't actually work at all. The water pressure was really light in our shower/bath and the temperature got to luke warm at the warmest. A couple of lesser things were that they moved our room to a different one to be further removed from a hockey team that was staying the weekend, which was fine. The way she described it was that we would be on the backside of the hotel so that we would have a nice wooded view out the window and away from the traffic sounds. We were actually on the opposite side, so our view was the highway. Not a deal breaker by any means, but we were just informed incorrectly. The TV was very underwhelming, too, when compared to what I've seen consistently at other hotels. It was really quite small and a bit older. Again, it's a lesser thing, but still something to add the list of disappointments.

Liked: Located less than five minutes from my job so its an easy staycation for me and my wife to go to and still allow me to work overtime!! Then the rest of the weekend is rest and relaxation and the in House bar and restaurant is a nice convenience!!

Confortable, clean and great location.

Liked: Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I liked everything

A good place but needs...

Liked: The location and breakfast are fine.
Disliked: The room refrigerator was broken. No fan in the bathroom and the bathroom door cannot be propped open, so it gets cold. The TV needs to be updated for streaming!
