Liked: Had absolutely no problem! It was New Year's Eve and the staff should be commended. So prompt, professional but so friendly as I checked in. Loved the room. It had everything you could possibly need and then some. When I was walking through the lobby the next morning, one of the gentlemen behind front desk remembered I wasn't feeling well (not from partying) and as he saw me he said "I hope you feel better! " - what a nice gesture. All in all it was a GREAT experience. Definitely would stay again. I told my husband I wanted to stay longer to enjoy the beautiful room!

Liked: Close to Bellarmine and reasonably priced.

Liked: Everything as expected.
Disliked: There were a lot of children in the swimming pool. Had to try later because it was too crowded.

Disliked: The booking.com price was not given at check in and I had to go back down and have it corrected. Check in was on 12/31/16 and check out was on 1/1/17 and it has still not been corrected on my credit card.

Liked: The shower was good and hot. Elevators we're really fast.
Disliked: Thought the room service would be more for my money. Six wings for $11? They weren't even big wings either. The cleaning people left my tray from the night before. All they did was changed my towels and made my bed.

Liked: Staff always very nice. Shuttle a great plus.
Disliked: Only minus 3 wine choices not available and Manhattan not available due to lack of bitters. Seems stock should be better managed.

Liked: The front desk staff was thoughtful, quick, and inviting. The bedding was clean. The room smelled good. The air conditioning unit was new and worked well. The toiletries provided were luxurious. The Keurig was a fantastic idea. The refrigerator was also convenient.
Disliked: There was a dirty hand towel. The bed was a little too firm.
