Liked: The staff is friendly and professional. The location is ideal. Very close to the airport. The hotel was well furnished and the parking was ample. The breakfast was filled with a variety of options.
Disliked: The furnishings appear dated and worn. We witnessed water wear and tear in the bathroom wallpaper. The carpets throughout the hotel carried a smell.

Disliked: The property was under construction with bad noise and no restaurant. The room was old and we paid $191 for a night. We went to the airport early the next morning.

Will NOT return. Too HIGH....

Disliked: Night rates are MUCH too high! Managers are rude and condescending.

Disliked: I sent them about 3 or 4 messages prior my stay to ask about the shuttle service that they advertise to be included. They never answered to any of my emails and so I had to take a taxi. Also when getting there staff was not welcoming at all and when doing check out either. They did not even say hi.

Disliked: The room was no smoking but the bathroom stunk like an ash tray. The front desk didnt tell us there would be a charge PER PERSON for shuttles prior to 6 am. When we got to our terminal the shuttle driver asked us$30. Other issues as well.

Hotel staff is great but...

Liked: Hotel staff was excellent...very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Hotel carpeting is filthy & a trip hazard in places. Blue fabric chairs in breakfast lounge are soiled, stained, dirty & disgusting. Breakfast was mediocre - scrambled eggs are "instant just add water" & taste TERRIBLE; oatmeal is watery, chopped potatoes are always dry & cold. The breakfast rolls, muffins, fruit & coffees were fine but could not be considered a complete breakfast given the other issues. Really poor!
