Liked: Nice hotel and staff.
Disliked: They did not clean the room or stick the bathroom essentials properly such as conditioner and enough clean towels. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. No regular coffee in the lobby area.

Liked: Based on previous reviews, I did not have much hope for the breakfast but we were very happy with the quality and the people working there. Everyone we encountered in the restaurant and in the morning at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The workout area was very nice!
Disliked: The two men working the front desk both evenings were not friendly- not once when any of our rooms walked by did we get a greeting. More of an issue though was the fact that they still don't have a system for guests that purchase breakfast in their room rate. I think it is a VERY shady business practice and instead of creating something like a voucher system to charge off- they leave it up to the guest to discover and dispute the charge. For this reason alone, I would not stay here or recommend it to anyone- there is just something about a business that knowingly continues to at best, inconvenience and at worst, double charge its guests that makes me say no thank you!
