Never considering other different than...

Liked: Front desk personnel is just amazing. Felt like I was at home. Facilities are “as new”. Exceeded expectations and past experiences of stays in the same town but in different hotel chain. Hilton is now my go to.
Disliked: That imI had to leave.

A place I will definitely...

Liked: Even though just off the highway, it was quiet. We used the hotel as a base, and were out most of the time, but it was a great room to come back to - comfortable and spacious.

Disliked: Staff not helpful. We waited at desk for someone to check us in. And had to hear a whole story about how they had 20 rooms they needed to turn over so that it would be easier in the morning then when we asked for more pillows, they told us they could give us one because that’s all they had at the desk and if not, they’d have to go searching for some and they had a lot of work they needed to get done. Also, a whole group of people were drinking in the pool.

Liked: The Sheets on the bed and comfort.

The staff was so angry...

Disliked: The distance from the lobby to the elevator to the room, the layout was very strange
