Disappointing

Liked: Location to the freeway cruise port.
Disliked: I was told when I called the hotel that we would be able to park our car there for the week but when we got there we were told that was not correct and that we could park at the hotel across the street. My husband just had knee surgery so that was not easily possible. Had we been told that from the beginning we would have just stayed at that hotel instead. Then the manager told us we would get a $50.00 credit but that didn't happen either. Would not recommend.

Disliked: - [ ] No free WiFi - [ ] No free breakfast- [ ] Towels smaller than usual (didn’t think possible)- [ ] Tv wasn’t working, boyfriend fixed it- [ ] USB port broken on right side of bed- [ ] Air is either off or high speed. No inbetween and thermostat on wall doesn’t work. - [ ] Not sure if we had a smoke detector because there’s a hole with wires sticking out from the ceiling. - [ ] Looks like all the money for this hotel was put into foyer with front desk

Liked: Felt like we were nickel and dimed for everything! Breakfast wasn’t included for an over $300 stay. Snacks and drinks were expensive. The shuttle was over 40 minutes picking us up from the airport. Called the hotel about 6 times about this
