Nice accommodation. Spent little time there but it was well maintained and very clean. Great little pub across the street.
Liked: Customer Service.
Disliked: Expensive.

We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. First night did a concert, next day relaxed at the pool. Location is awesome. Anything we needed was within a 2 minute walk from Italian food or tacos at midnight to the 7/11. Will stay here again.
Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful from valet parking to the front desk.
Disliked: 45.00 a night for valet parking.

Great location beautiful hotel
Liked: Great location to downtown. Nice restaurants close by and great coffee shops. The staff were great. Valet team, front desk and cleaning teams all so great. They had a coffee machine and bottles of water in the room. Room was massive and had a comfortable bed. Felt safe. They had washing machines and dryers available on level 6 which was so helpful after travelling for 3 weeks!

Ok for what it was...
Liked: It was convenient for where I needed to go, it was clean and quiet!
Disliked: Number one, It was way over priced you are technically paying for location, there is only paid parking 48$ per night if you valet from the hotel or 17$ per night for public parking and they don’t validate your public parking even though you are staying at their hotel, I questioned why isn’t that publicly available on your website about the parking situation so that people arent getting blindsided when they get here they said it’s in their policy on the website I told them no one looks into that it needs to be visible in a place where it’s easy to see so that people can decide if they really want to stay at your hotel and pay you 100$ more just for parking at your hotel even though you are paying 200$ plus per night for your room you can’t really control the air conditioner if you put it all the way down it only went to 68 but it felt like 78 in the room during the night, the water in the shower took 30mins to get warm and it still wasn’t hot enough it was just Luke warm, the staff when Signing in Damonte was a sweetheart and was kind, efficient and made sure my checkin was perfect, he texted and checked on me during the duration of the stay,the valet guys were awesome too they told us how to get to public parking, and the hotel restaurant was too expensive for mediocre food 20$ per person way over priced
