Nice accommodation. Spent little time there but it was well maintained and very clean. Great little pub across the street.

Liked: Customer Service.
Disliked: Expensive.

We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. First night did a concert, next day relaxed at the pool. Location is awesome. Anything we needed was within a 2 minute walk from Italian food or tacos at midnight to the 7/11. Will stay here again.

Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful from valet parking to the front desk.
Disliked: 45.00 a night for valet parking.

Would not recommend

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The beds are extremely hard, the pillows are terrible. Very expensive for nothing special.

Liked: We just arrived from overseas with no communication however Christina at reception went over & beyond to assist us with transport to & from a restaurant we wanted to go to....Vinaka Vakalevu Christina! Fijian for Thank you Very Much....

Liked: The room itself was fine
Disliked: I did not feel safe traveling with my daughter around the area. I left my car with the valet while they were busy and instructed where it was and told them the flashers were on. The car was left in that same spot on the street all night and the battery was dead the next morning because no one had attended to it.

Liked: Everything was amazing and at the heart of downtown with amazing food & things to do with everything pretty good if you decent to venture outside of dallas for a day! The pool being in the rooftop with a gym really helps the stay feel more relaxing. The biggest let down is this place has no parking for guest or people staying which should be an included thing or atlease COMP out parking for using the next door facility. Their was a few skepital people around the hotel outside as they loitered & even slept outside which is a bit unsettling but the stay overall is definitely alot better than we had hoped for
Disliked: Parking is beyond terrible, they only offer VALET PER DAY which is pricey. They dont COMP public parking or offer an self parking; pricey too (20$ an day parking) . It such a huge downside to such an nice hilton.

Liked: The only thing good about the property is the staff was nice checking in and out.
Disliked: First off the parking situation sucks. We were told it would be $61 to valet for the weekend Friday-Sunday, but it ended up being $61 a day, then we get told it’s a $100 told hold for deposit, it was actually $130, we get told our room and it was so dusty we had to wipe off the furniture before we could even put anything down on it, the elevators are scary to be on super shaky and loud, our sink wouldn’t drain, the door slams SO hard and loud. Also the restaurant is very over priced. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was worse than staying in a motel 6 in the hood till this stay. We give 0 stars! Do NOT recommend at all.
