Pleasant an clean room

Liked: Clean room. Hotel is closely located to restaurants and has an airport shuttle.
Disliked: Breakfast was $10 and not much better than the free breakfasts offered at lesser hotels. After eating I overhear the server telling another patron that pancakes and waffles were also available.The bed is firm. I don't sleep well on most mattresses without back pain and unfortunately, this bed was not an exception.

Liked: My favorite part was the guy checking us in. He was so nice and in a jacket because the lobby was beyond freezing.
Disliked: No one picked up the phone for the shuttle for a while and when I got there the lobby was so freezing it was uncomfortable just checking in

Liked: Airport shuttle was courteous with a call when the driver was outside the airport so I didnt have to wait out in the cold. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Check in desk was informative and friendly. View was great from my room.
Disliked: Everything was good!

Poor

Liked: Nice place
Disliked: Was not told I would be paying $100 per vehicle for park and fly above what the hotel price was. My truck sustained damage when it got broken into in their parking lot.
