Good location. You can get breakfast and dinner on the first floor; very friendly staff. I would recommend it again to anyone who has an event at the Schottenstein Center.

Liked: I like the location; liked the fact there was a shuttle to take me to the event.
Disliked: Didn't know the shuttle stopped at 10 pm.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and staff in bar and lobby were nice
Disliked: We had to move three time until we got a room. First room was dirty with drinks and dirty foodin room still beds not made it was never cleaned. Second room we entered was occupied by people already. The third was Empty and clean except for a hair weave that left in my cozy chair.

Liked: Close to Ohio State, nice breakfast area and dining, cocktails, clean and comfy. Nicely decorated.

Disliked: The van took us to the Bocelli concert and told us where to wait for pickup after the event. All of our party of six called for pickup at various times. The driver said he was on the way, stuck in traffic and in route. We were out in the cold and rain for over an hour before we took a cab back to the hotel. Poor service.
