Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Airport

Liked: Great place to stay. Everything was really very nice and comfortable. Will stay on my next trip to Columbus.

The staff at this Hilton Garden Inn was so friendly and helpful. Never had to wait for anything we needed. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice too. We thought we might hear some airplane noise but we did not except when we were outside.

Liked: I loved that there was on site parking. That was my main reason for picking the hotel. It was also the cheapest rate found which was even better.
Disliked: The bed was not as comfortable as I would have hoped for. The pillows were very comfy but they need to be fuller. The pillows almost instantly went flat and it was hard to lay in bed to watch TV because the pillows didn't keep our heads up.

Liked: Check in lady was friendly, helpful and efficient . Restaurant server was helpful, friendly, did a good job.
Disliked: Facial tissue box was empty. Restaurant menus were stained, dirty. Hotel was not a good value for the money.

Disliked: Smells bad. Room was smells like pee and mold. One of the bed didn’t have blanket. Only sheets and bet cover. Probably the House keeping person forgot to put on.

Liked: It was very convenient after an overseas trip. I was able to late check-in as well.
Disliked: The room felt a bit outdated and I found a hair in the bathroom.
