Overall I was there for...

Liked: The breakfast was decent even tho they tried to over charge me it got put back right
Disliked: The jacuzzi didn’t work they failed to mention that in the details

The worst hotel experience ever!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The front desk clerk on night shift was very rude and lazy. None of the ice machines worked. The clerk was upset because I told her an asked could she get me ice from the back. They claim it’s breakfast included but only give u a ticket for one person even though my room holds 5-6 am when asked they said they only pay for up to two guest. The room was extremely hot no matter if I turned the air on or not. The kiddie pool was broke. Only one of the gym machines worked so I couldn’t get a good workout. Overall I would never stay again!!

Disliked: I filtered for properties that had a pool and jacuzzi. I specifically looked for these 2 amenities because I am trying to heal a knee injury. I was highly disappointed when I arrived to find out that the jacuzzi was out of service. I would not have made a reservation had I known the jacuzzi was unavailable. It was the sole purpose for choosing this property.

Liked: The dining area and hotel were clean.
Disliked: Heat didn't work, jacuzzi wasn't working, the treadmill television didn't work. Had to get my room changed second night.
