Staff was great, amenities disappointing

Liked: The woman in charge of housekeeping was wonderful. I woke up the first morning covered in spider bites. She stripped the bed and checked for bed bugs (there weren't any). After that, she checked on us daily. She was incredibly kind. She even made the bed one morning, and set up my daughter's stuffed animals very cutely on the bed.
Disliked: The pool was freezing! We chose this hotel because we wanted a pool for our kids all week. We used it less than an hour all week because it was so cold. On top of that, the room was too small to eat in. Had to take the kids to the lobby for meals. Not the family fun trip we were expecting. We made it work, but the kids were very disappointed

Liked: Michelle from night staff was so sweet and helpful. Rooms were super comfy. Showers are spacious. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room. Huge market station downstairs with all your needs.
