I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Chelsea. Friendly staff; nice location; room was clean, roomy and comfortable.
Liked: Location; cleanliness of hotel and rooms; friendly staff.
Disliked: None.

Great location to experience much...
Liked: Great location. Room (upgraded) was bigger than expected with great view of city.
Disliked: Elevators were slow. Bathroom was small. Unclear about breakfast.

Truly satisfied customer
Liked: Rooms were extremely clean with all necessary amenities (TV, A/C, refrigerator and microwave). Although I was very comfortable, the area not so great but still extremely satisfying and safe. The rooms and facility a bit outdated due to age but extremely clean and well cared for. The Hilton associates are extremely welcoming, caring, and go beyond to ensure your stay is excellent. Because of this, I will definitely return. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Associates Kim, John Marie, and Makahal. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed...you made my stay worth every penny and time.
Disliked: No fault of the Hilton, but I did not like the fact there was not a full functional restaurant with hot meals and none nearby. Cold continental breakfast only.

The worst experience I had...
Liked: We found another accomodation and it saved our family trip.
Disliked: As soon as we arrived I gave my credit card to secure the payment for the whole week, so they instantly blocked all the money, but the hotel computer system failed (3 times) so they wouldn't let me get my room even If I showed them that the payments went through from the Phone app. I had to pay for an extra night with another card! I called my cc company the next day, they told me that to solve the issue quickly the hotel manager could send them an e mail to unlock the card, but nobody at the consierge wanted to help (they said it was not their fault) so they kept my card blocked for a month and I had to use cash to find another accomodation. Only one lady from the staff looked like she wanted to help but she was blocked from her colleagues. Besides this nice welcome, the room we spent the night in was a nightmare, cold and dirty. The hot air conditioner made so much noise we had to shut it down, and more noise would come from outside (insulation is terrible) and strange beeps all night long from the corridor. No bath soap was provided. The breakfast was a fail as well, we paid for full breakfast and they didn't tell us that most of the hot and fresh stuff was not available. My daughter was so glad we left the next day and so was I.

Good location Hotel breakfast rubbish
Liked: Location was great beds were comfortable
Disliked: Hairs in the bed asked to be changed several times wasn’t done, was moved room in the end. Breakfast was awful got refund for it all. Still not had room deposit back had to escalate this with booking .com
