Liked: Charged for parking and breakfast.
Disliked: Charged for parking and breakfast. Did not have regular coffee in the room. Television had problems but front desk staff said they could not help.

Not the best hotel but...

Liked: Location is good when you are coming from CLT Airport as they have a shuttle going (even though that's nothing special as all other hotels around are offering the same)
Disliked: - issues to check in (took one hour to get my room as they had issues with the booking process)- booked the accommodation with breakfast included but I when I asked they told me I have to pay

It was adequate for what...

Liked: Location was good and close to the airport which was important to us.
Disliked: We had to pay for parking. I don’t think I have ever been charged for parking at a hotel that is of this level. I don’t know if I missed that in the booking process but I was shocked.
