Great hotel; fairly central to the main shopping area and extremely close to the Arena Birmingham. Rooms comfortable and clean, service very good.

Liked: Location and service was excellent.
Disliked: We had a meal in the hotel which was rather pricey and average.

I am still talking about the breakfast. Came for a school reunion - room was compact but lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: On site parking. Lively location close to many bars and places to eat. Warm and comfortable room.
Disliked: The bathroom is showing its age and will soon need a refit. The bad traffic congestion on the roads to reach the hotel.
