Liked: I am still waiting on my deposits back from all the times I’ve stayed there its been over a month still nothing from three different occasions I’m Not sure what’s going on but this is making me not want to stay there anymore because of the deposit return and I did enjoy the hotel

Disliked: The front lobby was great, once we got to the floor the carpet need to be replaced or cleaned. The room has the same issue. Shortly after arriving, why in the room, my door was unlocked by a staff, later saying “my room was on the list for cleaning”. We had only been in the for a few hours.

Liked: I stayed at the Hilton on 2/22/25 and still have not received my deposit back yet it is still pending o booking d again and it doesn’t even show mon remaining balance wich should be of $48 from deposit pending or anything it has been a whole month and no deposit back from think this will be my very last time booking them because it seems they don’t give back your deposit that’s my only problem and I’m furious a whole month is crazy I guess it’s m going to have to wait for the next to deposit to come back as well because I rebooked and the guy added it in with my room price and didn’t do it separate a basically I’m out of $148 on deposit at the Hilton this is bullcrap
