Nice “sort-of-free” breakfast with lovely...

Liked: It was very nice. Nice room. Clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be included in my price, but I had to prove it with a voucher from the front desk. It was a buffet, serve yourself but the waitstaff made you feel obligated to tip. That’s not free breakfast. Other than that everyone was nice and the room was great. My wife didn’t like her lumpy pillow.

The hotel manager was helpful...

Liked: The breakfast serve was the same everyday. no other choice available.
Disliked: The waitress name Yolanda has an attitude of being very arrogant and showed no respect to us even when we are eating our breakfast as she keeps telling me to fill up my room information and sign receipt.
