Liked: Everything, beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!
Disliked: The location was not ideal. I love Hilton hotels but I won’t be staying at that location again

The kitchen manger made my...

Liked: My room flooded and was all over the floor. I purchased breakfast with my stay and the manger of the kitchen told me the only thing I could have was a Continental breakfast. I paid for a full breakfast bar

I WOULD NEVER STAY AT...

Liked: I liked I was a few minutes away from the airport.
Disliked: The room door had a gap in it as if someone was violently was trying to get in. The toilet seat in the room was peeling. Very little lightening because some were broken.. nightstand lights. BIGGEST COMPLAINT WAS I LANDED AT 9a ANF EVEN THOUGH I NOTED THIS HOTEL FOR EARLY CHECK IN UPON BOOKING IT, I WAS LEFT TO SIT IN THE LOBBY UNTIL 3p BECAUSE NO ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE.
