Besides the pet miscommunication, had...

Liked: The comfortable beds and the fully equipped rooms. The manager who overheard my complaints from the other room and came out to greet me with a solution. All the staff was friendly too, the guy that checked me in and the lady that was there the morning i checked out.
Disliked: From the website it says there's a heated pool, breakfast served and parts welcomed. I thought it would have a great vacation. When I got there the pool was explained to be opened in May, the Cafe was closed down and someone waited until hours later to add a $78 pet fee to my bill on top of a $50 holding fee on top of what I already paid. When I saw my bill it was almost $200 for 1 night. I canceled the other 3 nights i was supposed to stay when my expectations weren't met but they still tried to get the money out of me. If they would have asked me from the start, I have papers for my Emotional Support Pet. I wind up emailing them in after I called and they asked me to. They didn't call back so I called them back and the male Front Desk Clerk told me that ESPs aren't ADA approved and would still need to pay the pet fee (or don't along those lines), until I woman told him I was refunded. After he told me I thanked him and we hung up. Though the staff was nice I just think that part could have been handled a little better.
