Didn’t get what we paid...

Liked: We have stayed at Hilton Marina numerous times and enjoyed it. This time however they did not have the room we paid for (tower water view) and shoved us in the side building overlooking the parking lot. They moved us the second day but it meant we needed to check out of our room at 11am and would not give us our room until check in time at 4 pm. We won’t go back.

Convenient location for Convention Centre

Liked: Comfortable bed and bedding. Great location beside Marina. Coffee facilities in room were excellent. A/C worked well and bathroom amenities were OK. Hotel in general feels a little tired. Buffet breakfast was pretty basic with low quality food. Really not good value for the $32 charge plus tax and gratuity. There was an extra charge if you wanted your eggs any way other than scrambled or if you wanted your coffee any way other than black filtered with or without milk. Restaurant hosts at breakfast were extremely unwelcoming and clearly unhappy to be there. However, all the servers were warm and friendly.
