We had a wonderful time - so glad I found ConcertHotels.com to find this hotel. This was our first time staying at the Hilton in Atlanta. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Location was great (only 10 minutes from the venue). Overall great experience. We will definitely return.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Carpet smelled like cigarettes. Visitors across the hall were very loud, having a party till 4am. Kept waking my grandchildren. I had to get up three times to ask that they keep it down without results. Bath tub was stopped up and would not drain.

Our room was pleasant and the hotel clean and efficient. Breakfast was served hot by a very considerate staff member. Ordered a wakeup call at 6:00 am and room service at 6:30 the night before and both arrived as scheduled.
Liked: Very nice stay.

We had a great time and was a short walk to Phillips Arena, even with the freezing weather!
Liked: Quick and very friendly check-in. Trader Vic's had great food and drinks.

Our room was very nice. We stayed only one night for a concert. We purchased a quick meal from the Marketplace at the hotel and it was good. Our in room coffee maker did not work properly. Overall the experience was fine. Our only complaint was the very slow service at check in.
Disliked: The Reservations' desk had two people working on a Saturday. The wait to check in was incredibly long.

We were in town for the NFC Championship Game and the entire staff was so helpful and accommodating. We were able to quickly get valet, our luggage sent to bell cap amidst all the chaos.
Liked: Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Dining experience.

I was OK with the amenities until I encountered one of the biggest cockroaches I've seen in a long, long time! You never know - it could have come from someone else (i.e. luggage), or it could have manifested from the hotel itself. Nonetheless, I had the heebie jeebies after dealing with this industrial-sized roach that didn't want to flush down the toilet. The bellman assisted with that - go figure. We were transferred to a new room, but things like the toilet seat not being cleaned properly (smudge marks from the previous derriere) did not help the situation. The comfort of the bed was good, so I slept well, but the presence of other insects was constantly on my mind. I expected more from a Hilton, and the mishaps made me question the hotel's cleanliness. So now everything I touch, sit/stand on, etc., had me looking closely. That's no way to relax.
