My so so visit at...

Liked: Location was nice, nice area
Disliked: I'm so tired of having balconies that we can't use because of other people.. there were other guests there smoking pot and as soon as you opened the balcony door you could smell it terribly!!!! They're was guests that was running the hallways, slamming doors Rooms were nice but still disappointed especially how much they charge considering the lack of service...The walk in shower the glass door didn't seem like it anyone knew how to remove soap scum from The hot tub was extremely disappointed in!!! It literally took nearly 30 minutes to fill it up enough to somewhat soak in!!!!!!Again it seems like nobody knows how to remove the soap scum from it!!!! I definitely feel like we over paid to stay here for sure!!!

Liked: the complementary cookies and water. The receptionists were nice.
Disliked: Everything else, the policies at hilton Hotels are crazy sometimes. I'd prefer Marriott. One of my jacuzzi buttons didn't work, and the filll time was very slow. Also, the paint needs work. There are scratches all on the ceiling, and it is old. I had to buy an extension cord because there is no outlets by the TV to connect my game too so I could watch my shows, and the other TV had hdmi ports removed, so I couldn't enjoy my entertainment without them trying to charge for packages. Too many fees and additional prices that weren't advertised, I would have stayed else where had I known I would have to pay for so much out of pocket when it was paid for in full online. I won't be back.

Amazing experience.

Liked: Everything was five star. We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool, and it was great. Me and my husband really enjoyed our 15 year anniversary here.
Disliked: I loved everything about it.
