Liked: We visit Atlanta several times a year. This is the best hotel we've been to so far. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Just one minor thing - the fridge wasn't very cold.

Very classy hotel and when we go back next year we already know where we will be staying. Loved everything about the hotel - friendly employees and everything was always so nice and clean.

Liked: All the employees were super nice.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact you have to also pay to park.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

Disliked: Room showing its age. Price is a bit high for what you get. Prices in the store in lobby are absurd.

Disliked: Overpriced for its offering, old infrastructure , internet is paid, staff was not at all happy to be working the night shift, as they all left and allowed a massive line to be formed with a sole attendant at 12pm

Nice employee but too expensive...

Disliked: The noise in my room . For a junior king suite not cheap I could hear elavator all night long running up and down . Next door neighbor on the phone and the take off of plane from suñirport every 3 mn . Could not sleep or work

Adequate for a short airport...

Liked: Easily accessible from the airport with a transfer bus. Rooms are reasonably spacious.
Disliked: The staff have no interest whatsoever in their guest - check-in was terrible. The bar staff were not interested, incompetent and indifferent.
