Disliked: Staff watched me struggle up stairs with case, half way up commented you sure you ok? Clearly did not want to help. Food good, bar cheap lol. No info in room, was not told I had to put card in slot behind tv to have heating when I asked.

Liked: Have known it for years as we used to live in Rubery. Particularly enjoy the setting (especially the rabbits!) We stayed in a twin bedded accessible room which was lovely and spacious.
Disliked: One slight issue was the drainage in the wet room - however careful we were, the water didn’t all drain towards the drain hole.
