Liked: Our room was clean and quiet right on the water. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Disliked: We were right on the water and had a slip for my boat for free.

Liked: No breakfast. Good location. Close to down town area. The waterfront scenery was good. Comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Room was small and outdated, but we had everything that we needed.

Liked: This is a small quaint place located in a quiet area. We booked a water view room, to our surprise it ended up being a separate small cottage type room which had 2 small refrigerators, microwave, 2 different style coffee pots, satellite tv and free Wi-Fi. We had a small deck on the side with a swing, table and chairs. There was a fire pit with plenty of sitting. The 2 young girls working the office were extremely nice and helpful. Even though it is located in a quiet area it is within walking distance to many restaurants, the main shopping area and Uncle Sams Boat Tours (all less than a half mile).
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location. Enjoyed sitting at the tables on the dock
Disliked: Bathroom musty and con webs in corners of room otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
