Liked: Facilities led
Disliked: Older member off staff was really unwelcoming and condescending towards us. Was told we were not dressed appropriately and secluded from attending dinner with the other residents. We explained to the older member off staff that we were merely passing through and had justbeen to the gymnasium locally. We were made to feel unwelcome and I'm disappointed with the so called 5 star experience. We were interegated about how we brought in income and asked personal questions which in turn made us feel uncomfortable. Also we were intruded by said member of staff. We were enjoying our personal and private space when we were interrupted by the older member off staff barging through the door without knocking, whistling his way through as if he's entitled to do so
