A good spare option

Liked: Very clean. Easy to reach from M90.
Disliked: Breakfast had been cooked some time so bacon etc frizzled up.

Wouldn’t go back in a...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff
Disliked: Old and shabby looking. Bar next door was all male. Breakfast was cheap sausages and bacon, but was served with a smile and it was hot.

Comfortable and affordable.

Liked: Everything was as described & had everything needed for a comfortable nights stay. No life so we did have to carry our suitcases up stairs but that was our only complaint. Enjoyable breakfast. It is in a residential area so you’ll need a car.
Disliked: No lift was our only issue.
