Liked: We didn't arrive untill nearly 2 in the morning and was welcomed with a smile, really helpfull staff, a good filling breakfast very good value for money

Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good (ample food on offer. I just don't understand why people waste so much -just because breakfast is included in the price!)
Disliked: Would have been better score except there was no hairdryer in the room. ( would have had to get dressed to go to reception and then undressed again to shower!)

Liked: I liked the location due to visiting family and friends. Staff were polite, knowledgeable and respectful.
Disliked: Only one criticism. Breakfast staff would be better in a uniform, not leisure wear, they were attentive and polite but their clothes made them appear to be random staff pulled in to cover. Beards would be better tidied.

Liked: The hotel is lovely and warm when you arrive on a cold rainy night, and the night porter was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast only until 9am - we didn’t arrive until 3am, so could have done with a bit more time before having to get up for breakfast

Liked: The room was lovely, staff were helpful, stayed for three nights a perfect getaway hotel
Disliked: if you are planning to compute in and out from edinburgh- ubers do not pick up from the hotel and getting a taxi is pretty expensive!
