Liked: Beautiful location and great historical facility
Disliked: Staff asked us if we would like to upgrade for $20 to a king room. We accepted but should have stayed with what we had. Dirty towel in bathroom and TV didn't work. No management or maintenance available when discovered. Ed, a staff member tried to help. At checkout I was given a 10% discount but that didn't cover cost of upgrade. Rooms are very dark.
