Extraordinary. Will stay again.

Liked: Loved how attentive the staff is, and how clean the facilities were. I was not expecting much and just looking for a place to stay for a few days as a solo traveler, and they went above and beyond expectations. Staff was also friendly, and the living room felt comfortable even when accommodating a lot of people. There was also a desk down a hallway so you had a bit more privacy if you needed to work or take phone calls. I wasn't worried about leaving my bag on my bed while I went out, or anything like that, the place was secure and bright. The wifi was superb and there were lots of places to sit outside. I came with a car, and they were really accommodating for parking and helped me even when their lot was *full* they showed me some areas where there was additional space (because they cant help that the lot is small, but I could still park). I wasnt even looking to meet people, just there to do my remote work and spend a few nights on my way through, but still had some really good conversations.
Disliked: Literally my *only* complaint is it seemed like every bed was super creaky so if you moved an inch it was really loud for everyone else in the bunk.

Magnificent place to stay

Liked: I am so so so happy I have discovered Hi-Hyannis Hostel. The customer service is outstanding (very nice people) and the cleanliness of the place left me in awe. I run a cleaning business in NYC and I am super experienced in this realm. Therefore, I can really tell that they pay special attention to the cleanliness of the place. Also, they generously provide free breakfast, coffee, water, snacks. FREE parking space which is such a rare amenity. Beautiful living room area with bunch of books and gorgeous, antique furniture, made me feel like I went back to 20th century for a bit lol. Located in a quiet, incredibly picturesque neighborhood. Just an amazing place to take some time off from the bustling City. Highly recommend to stay here and I will certainly come back.

Liked: I stayed at this hostel for a few hours due to an early flight, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and the house was cozy, equipped with everything I needed. It’s also very affordable, especially for students or budget travelers.
Disliked: I would have preferred fewer beds in the shared room for more comfort and space.

Liked: It was a very clean and conveniently located hostel. The rooms are simply furnished but adequate if spending most of your time out of the room.
