Liked: Great location, close to the Guggenheim Museum and walking distance along the river to the old city center. Quiet. Rooms are spacious, well equipped. Some rooms have colorful balconies and river views. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we checked in, Manuel at reception gave us such a warm and welcoming start. Our room was spectacular — the stunning river view alone was worth every penny! The earth-toned decor created a calming atmosphere, with a fun pop of color and a cozy seating area that added a unique touch.We were especially impressed by how pet-friendly the hotel is — they provided a dog bed and bowls, which made traveling with our pup so much easier. As a tall person, my husband really appreciated the spacious 2m king-size bed — such a rare and thoughtful feature!Room service was prompt and absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to both the Guggenheim and the charming old town. Breakfast was also a highlight — fresh, varied, and tasty.Lastly thanks to Asier for a smooth check out and restaurant recommendations:)We’ll definitely be coming back!
