Liked: Nicely appointed rooms
Disliked: Shower faulty, kept going very hot - not good in a disabled access room. Mentioned it twice to the receptionist but they didn’t seem hugely interested.Door handle came off in my hand on the first morning. Had to ask for tea/ milk to be replenished in the room as it wasn’t done automatically when the room was serviced every day.

Excellent stay

Liked: Fab location, lovely room with the facilities you expect and a great night’s sleep.
Disliked: My friend booked direct I booked on booking.com. My stay was approximately £20 more expensive but no issues as I get virgin points.

Perfect for short stays.

Liked: Great location. The staff also very nice and helpful at all times. For the price, it’s a really good alternative to stay in. Breakfast is amazing.

Liked: Stayed two nights for a wedding nearby. Bright modern rooms with a super comfortable bed, a nice large bathroom with tea/coffee facilities & iron.. Food was exceptional, friendly staff. Would highly recommend

Liked: What a great location in the heart of the town. The property is beautifully furnished with very comfortable rooms & a warm welcome. The staff were great & the breakfast excellent. I can’t wait to return.
Disliked: The shower was a little awkward to use as it has been placed at the ‘wrong’ end of the bath, so you have to stand partly on the sloped backrest which isn’t great.
