Nice stay, good value for...

Liked: Very good location ! Very good price/quality ratio. A Japanese toilet: nice to try, but I won't buy one myself :-)
Disliked: The heating system in the room was very noisy ! Luckily, it was not cold or hot outside, so we could turn this heating system off. On the first night however, when we didn't know how much noise it made, so we were awoke.... It's a comment I have read before and I can only confirm it !

Pleasantly surprised and would stay...

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were polite. Whenever we needed anything they brought it promptly. Location was good. The bed was comfy and the room was shockingly spacious. Heating and air conditioning worked well.
Disliked: They only provide one white washcloth which was a little inconvenient for two guest. They also don’t provide hand soap in the bathroom which was also not ideal after using the restroom or spilling something. There was noise outside but I feel like it’s a given being in New York. However, it was not unbearable on the sixth floor.

Great hotel, would stay again.

Liked: Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Location was fantastic, very central. Felt safe, and the rooms were quiet.
Disliked: I would have loved a coffee machine in the room or the lobby. The coffee place across the street was very good though.

Liked: This hotel is really well located near from all. It was clean (very important for me) and the personal was nice.

Liked: The hotel staff is professional and super kind. We felt like being in a family.The location is close to Manhattan’s preferred spots and 2-3 min walking distance from a subway station
Disliked: Storage options in the room are limited for 4 people

Disliked: The price, but everithing in NYC is expensive

Liked: very friendly staffgood location - subway at the end of the streetgood restaurants in the areavery nice and large rooms
Disliked: street noise from garbage collection during the week and parties (not in the hotel) in the weekend.
