Liked: We loved our stay from the room to the restaurant. We enjoyed the Chefs walk to the farmers market on Saturday - what a delight!Thank you!
Disliked: Comfort and very elegant!

For the young and adventurous....

Liked: The area near Crater Lake has had fires. In fact, the "camp site" lost 5 tepees due to fires.Nevertheless, the area is quiet, and very peaceful. There is a casino nearby.The management of this facility was very accommodating and cordial.
Disliked: Whereas the pictures showed green areas, the grounds were dirt due in large part to the fires.So to prevent further damage I suppose much of the remaining area had to be cleared.Similar to a campground.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel

Liked: It’s in a good, clean and safe area. We felt safe walking around for a couple of blocks. The hotel is beautiful. One of the most amazing hotels we have stayed at. The library is so unique with so many books to choose from just sitting there and relaxing felt good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a restaurant and coffee shop on site. If we ever make it back to Portland we would return to The Heathman. I will recommend to others.
Disliked: The front desk workers could be a little friendlier they seemed a little disconnected or even a little cold.
