Liked: The room size was comfortable. The TV was easy to use.
Disliked: Coffe pot and French press, but no cups or spoons. The amenities charge was unexpected and we didn't use any of the listed extras. $55.00 for one night of parking is too expensive!

Gorgeous, historic hotel which needs...

Liked: The location is excellent. Close to cultural/entertainment events, shopping, restaurants, parks for walking the dog.
Disliked: The hotel was not busy (according to bellman upon check-in) so I had requested an upgrade which in my hospitality experience is commonly provided based upon availability. The front desk clerk said she could not offer a complimentary upgrade but had options available at a higher cost. My room was TINY and had my partner joined me there's no way we could have possibly fit in the bathroom at the same time - I could hardly turn around in there alone, and I'm being serious. I was never offered cleaning services and had to ask for additional toilet tissue. I recognize post Covid procedures are in effect, but for a 3 day stay a check -in courtesy to see if if I needed towels, etc. was definitely in order. Very sad, as I've stayed at this property multiple times and have been pleased. Needs help.

Disliked: Limited menu in the tavern

Great hotel with lovely staff

Liked: Staff were lovely and the room was fabulous. Huge room with great AC, spacious bathroom and huge comfy bed. Nice bars and restaurants around.
Disliked: The Valet is $65 a night which when you're already paying so much for a room seems extremely steep. I wouldn't stay again if we're driving but without a vehicle it's worth it.

Disliked: I wish the restaurant/bar was ooen longer.

Comfortable downtown location

Liked: Comfortable beds. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and grocery store.
Disliked: Expensive parking. On site bar closed too early.
