Liked: Nice location, great golf course and facilities.
Disliked: Whilst it is expected it would have been nice to check in earlier but cannot complain as the 15:00 check in is what's advertised.

Disliked: Room was stuffy but otherwise OK and the food was generally poor or perhaps passable - poorly cooked or overcooked.

Superb

Liked: Comfy bed, great food . Free access to spa and gym
Disliked: It's slightly out of town, but to be expected with a golf course location

Disliked: Being charged extra for a travel cot when I had included young child in the booking

Heacham Manor stay.

Liked: The location was lovely.Comfy beds , a nice view from our room, everything was beautifully clean.The restaurant menu gave a good choice and fairly reasonably priced.Breakfast was good except no prunes or fresh fruit salad.Otherwise, it was very good.
Disliked: When I arrived, I was told that my upgrade to a bungalow cottage was given to a wedding party member, as my upgrade was due to my genus award with booking.com

Liked: The staff were very courteous and helpful. It's a beautiful setting and lovely place to stay.
