Terrible. We called to confirm...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything. We called to confirm well before our booking that there was a pull out couch and they said that every room has a pull out couch. We get there, and there are not enough beds and no pull out couch. We then get transferred to a second room with a broken pull out couch. Staff would not help us contact other hotels and watched us struggle until 3am

We were deeply saddened by...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff was very unfriendly. When we got into our room both windows were open, two of the lamps did not work, and the sheets were dirty and smelly.
