Would be nice after renovations...

Liked: The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: They were in the middle of renovating. They didn't even have a front desk. There was no discount or a heads up about this. My window was blocked out by plastic, so I couldn't see outside. The whole place smelled like paint and woodchips and was full of construction workers who also had their kids there running around. I would not have gotten a room here if I knew they were renovating.

Liked: Nothing! It was under renavation and that was not disclosed at booking we did not stay they had nothing available that was mentioned on website Booking.com and a refund was promised and has still not been received

Liked: Room comfortable and clean
Disliked: I called hotel and was unable to get anyone on the phone. I called the 1800 number and they gave me the same number. My card was overcharged. I am not happy. I live out of town.

Exceptional

It was a little disappointing.

Liked: The upgrades are great!
Disliked: The tub stopper and hair dryer were missing, the dead bolt wouldn't latch, and the cover plate for the phone jack wasn't attached to the wall. I was surprised to find this location was being remodeled. Also, there were no USB ports in the room as before.

Call First Before Booking

Liked: Floor 1 of this hotel was completely under construction. There was dust everywhere, no access to any amenities at all. Staff was friendly enough but the employee waiting outside directing patrons was dressed way too unprofessionally. I did not stay and awaiting my full refund
Disliked: Warning that the hotel was under construction prior to booking.

Disappointing

Liked: We were put in one of the renovated rooms. The renovation is nice, but very simple.
Disliked: 1. We were originally given a key to room 315. It’s me, my 10 year old, and an infant in a car seat. We get up to 315 and the key doesn’t work. I sent my son downstairs to get the key fixed. He comes back up and the key still doesn’t work. So we all go downstairs so I can speak with the lady at the front desk but she is nowhere to be found. We waited around for her to return for so long that I decided we would just have to leave, find a different hotel, and I’d pursue a refund later. We go back upstairs to get our things (we had left everything at the door). We get on the elevator, get to the first floor, the doors open and the front desk attendant is standing there waiting to get on the elevator. I was able to let her know the key still wasn’t working. She eventually put us in room 314 instead.2. Part of the reason why I booked this room is because they have breakfast. The property is undergoing renovations so breakfast was not offered. This was not disclosed at time of booking.
