Liked: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Furniture was somewhat shabby, but I understand it is being replaced. Bad smell in the 2nd floor hallway, but construction was underway, so that may have been the source.

Liked: The room was good size. The breakfast was exceptional and was prepared by Martha Garza. She is pleasant, great food presentation and awesome customer service.
Disliked: The couch and windows were in poor shape. They didnt do good in the bathroom cleaning 1 day. I complained and asked to be move to a room with nicer couch but was given sheets to cover woren out couch. Was told that all couches were the same throughout the hotel but would be getting new ones. Supposedly under renovation which customers should be told in advance. My rate increased from $87 to $92. This was extremely deceptive. I understand the taxes, fees but the flat room rate was $92; not $87 as you listed on this site.
