Needs updating and hot water

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No hot water in the evenings. Receptionist was rude at check in.

Liked: Room had a mini kitchen that was nice but we didn't use it. It was a 1 night stay and was just OK. We booked based on PRICE!
Disliked: Room next to us was very loud from 1am - 3am. Breakfast was very lame. I've had much better at Hampton Inn for about the same price. We tried something new for the one night stay.
