Disliked: The hot water was out. They couldn't give any information about how long it would take to rectify the situation. It made the stay very unbearable.

Liked: It was a bed to sleep in.
Disliked: Staff was not hospitable, breakfast ended before posted time, our room would not lock, the second room we were put in you could see into the hallway from around the door frame. The whole place smelled of pot. Needs an upgrade!! Go stay at the holiday inn!

Disliked: I dont like the poisonous fumes and odors that surfaces periodically throughout my room. I reported the problem to management several times but no resolution.

Disliked: Considering the amount of time and money in spent staying here since October 2023; the amount of attention management gives to my needs are insufficient.., or placating. Like ifwe catch the smoking or whatever,?then we tell them to stop! Try ur cameras!
