You need to improve clean...
Liked: Just location and shuttle service to the airport.
Disliked: The room had terrible smell and looked not clean at all.

Very poor
Liked: Bed was ok, rest all didn't lived up to expectations
Disliked: Breakfast is just a cofee and oats , bad smell inside room

Worn out property. No breakfast.
Liked: Location close to airport
Disliked: Dirty. Bad smell on floor 3. Carpet worn and dirty. Powder on carpet, which I will assume was carpet deodorizer… hopefully. Furniture bad condition. Says breakfast included, none available at property.

Disappointing
Liked: Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: 1. The breakfast was ONLY packets of instant flavored oatmeal. That should NOT be advertised as breakfast.2. No kitchen utensils. Had to go get them myself3. No ice machine4. Night staff was rude and uncaring 5. Waited in line to Check-in, but there was a woman sitting at the desk, just not doing anything, while the other person did all the check ins. She should have at least greeted the guests.6. There should be atleast two rolling chairs in the room so that both people could sit at the bar if they were eating7. Living area was dark.It needs another lamp.Or something to give light if you're trying to read anything there's just not enough light. 8. The fitted sheet on the bed is like the wrong size and it kept coming off

I’d think twice about going...
Liked: It was fine. The door key system could use an upgrade. It took multiple attempts to access the building and my room everyday

My day was OK but...
Liked: Everything was fine, except for the fact that now I’m having a hard time getting my deposit refunded back to me. That’s my only issue now and when I tried to call to find out why I was told you can’t locate my name from when I stay and that now I have to speak to a manager. To me, this is unprofessional as my deposit should automatically be refunded back to me with no issues. I shouldn’t be having these problems two weeks later.
