Disappointing

Liked: Cable/TV didn't work, took over an 2 hours to get an answer, worker came after I text to follow up and the. Decided to come to room to follow up. Wanted to switch rooms. Was not wasting my time. Then a noisy family moved in above me and made noise constantly.
Disliked: Overall experience and room.

Liked: So clean and spacious . Great location close to the beach. Loved the free bikes do we could cycle around. The fireplace outside at night was a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful .

The staff was lovely, location...

Liked: Very convenient location!
Disliked: Not complaint just heads up! Parking in the main area was limited but there is plenty of parking near the pool
