Liked: Tidy, near to Hyde park, easy to find, easy check in, facilities as described

Lovely little hotel near Hyde...

Liked: Loved the location as we were attending a concert in Hyde Park and we were able to walk back to hotel afterwards, staff were friendly and the lady on reception gave us a decent hairdryer to use when we were checking in, this was greatly appreciated, it was very hot but we had a fan in our room to keep us cool, also love that there is a mini fridge in the room

Liked: Lift which is a bonus for this type of property. Staff were lovely. Nice reception area.
Disliked: Beds are a bit uncomfortable and Tv didn’t work. Location was ok during the day. But at the night was a little loud. On our way in the evening. Groups of men outside arguing. On the property next door. With was a little intimidating.
