Everything you need for one...

Liked: Quiet, convenient and affordable emergency accommodation after a late-night train disruption of my journey through London. There's a 24-hour reception, which makes it easy to check in at any time. The room had clean towels, plenty of little soaps and shower gels, and some tea - so pretty much everything one might need for a few hour's stay.
Disliked: Mostly clean but there was a huge knot of hair tangled in the pillowcase tassels.

Liked: It was in a great location and very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided a hairdryer on request. we enjoyed our stay and they stored our bags in the office on the first and last day which was great.
Disliked: We were travelling as a family (2adults, 3 children) so booked 2 rooms. The rooms were on different floors (one on top floor and one lower ground). There was a lift to make it easier and it was not a huge problem but would have been nice to have rooms closer together. The rooms were also quite basic but the hotel good for what we wanted/needed and also good value for the price charged.
