Disliked: The hotel is very tired n needs lots of upgrading. Decorating n gardens need attention.

Disliked: The signal in my room wasn't great, but it is a beautifully remote hotel, so I can't really complain. It's to be expected for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Liked: Friendly staff great location to shifnal town where theres choice of pubs restaurants comfortable bed big bed room fast hot shower clean and tidy plus leisure centre what more do you need really is a fine hotel

Liked: The one breakfast we had was good.
Disliked: No maid service at all during our stay. Staff need training to know what is going on, and what services are available. Originating from this areawe were surprised at the decline of this hotel inside and out.

Liked: The staff were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in room 22 which was excellent although other rooms friends stayed in were disappointing.Kids used the pool and enjoyed access to this facility.
Disliked: Only one towel in the room, standard of some rooms was not good, although my room 26 and 22 were excellent. Availability of drinks behind the bar was limited with one night no lemonade available. Staff told us breakfast times but these were incorrect, however they did reopen the kitchen as it was their mistake.property could be lovely but is run down.
