Disliked: The hotel is definitely not of 4 star standard maybe 3 but even that would be a stretch. This was deceitful and false advertising.

Gorg room & lovely staff!

Liked: The room was stunning, and the balcony was a decent size with a wee table and chairs for the two of us! The air conditioning in the room was amazing, especially given the heat wave over the weekend. Reception staff were lovely and very friendly, easy online check-in/out.

Good option in central London

Liked: Really nice option - good location 5 mins walk from Farringdon rail/ subway, 15 mins walk to St Paul's/ Tate/ Old Globe. The room was very clean and modern. The immediate neighborhood is all jewelry shops, but there is great food and street life just behind the block.
Disliked: The room is quite small and the bathroom sink has no room for toothbrush, etc. - felt a little cramped. Also, the room had no outside window, which was a bit weird.

Disliked: The room is under -1 floor and with no window! Staff is rude and uncooperative. There is no breakfast available. On top of all there is a constant noise in the room.
