My husband and I shared...

Liked: Kathy and Todd were amazing! It was our wedding anniversary. I was unsure and skeptical because we didn't the living arrangements or what to really expect. It was phenomenal! The facility, hospitality, the other guest were friendly Kathy and Todd actually talked and socialized with the guest which made my husband and I comfortable. This was a great experience. We were extremely elated!

It felt very relaxing and...

Liked: The hosts are wonderful and very accomadating and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and the patio near the canal. It felt very relaxing.
Disliked: It got very bright in the bedroom and the shades couldn't close all the way. I would suggest some black out curtains. But really, that is all. Everything was great.

Uncomfortable

Liked: Kathy was very welcoming and helpful. The facility itself was beautiful and well kept.
Disliked: Kathy’s husband Todd made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. He barely spoke to us, so we decided to leave. As we did, two cop cars pulled up in front of their house and turned off their lights. It was a very weird and erie feeling.

Nice if you like B&B's,...

Liked: Location, Kathy, owner was very friendly. Quite.
Disliked: No handrails on outside steps around pool and down to dock. No hand rail in shower. Too much clutter in room, no place to set our laptop or other things. Breakfast was not what I expected. The ferry to get to the island is $15.00 round trip.

Passable

Liked: This is a bed and breakfast, It is someone house. Expectations would have been different if I known .
Disliked: Coming back at night, there was a note on the door to go around to back door, which has also locked. The patio door was opened and there was a no one home. There was no kitchenette.

Liked: They had a nice selection of simple breakfast foods. We don't eat breakfast so we didn't partake.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: The property was excellent. You can’t always go by the reviews. After I booked I went and read more reviews and I was ready to cancel.So glad we didn’t everything was excellent and Todd was a great host👍🏽
