Liked: It was very well maintained
Disliked: I could not afford to lose any more money so I went up to my room around 7 PM and the choices of TV channels were terrible. The only channel on there that I would’ve watched was MSNBC. And I’ve had enough of politics right now I didn’t want to watch that. Also, the next morning I went to have breakfast and there’s nothing down there that is open to serve you breakfast. I’m diabetic so I couldn’t get anything out of machines. It wasn’t sugary.

Disliked: I didn't like the price I was charged. I had booked the room at $102 after tax plus a security deposit. I requested a handicapped accessible rooms which the property emailed me back and said they will grant my request at no additional charge/fees. The gentleman that checked me in upgraded my reservation from a king size bed to a double queen beds, the shower was not handicapped accessible with open showers and total charge was $145 after tax. We tried to order room service which the restaurant never answered so I had to go down to order food and they were out of mushrooms, out of ham and out of hotdogs. Also the barts sausage I got was disgusting and a waste of $15. Before we checked out I called guest services for bottled waters to make coffee and they said they only serve vip members and since I'm not a VIP member then the water from the bathroom since would do

Liked: Restaurant is always good and staff is awesome.
Disliked: Hotel rooms are in desperate need of updates. Rugs stained and showing wear. Furniture worn. Bathroom they had removed drywall over tub and replaced it with out caulking/ taping painting? Hotel staff never tells you what is available they just check you in and tell you to have a pleasant stay and call if have any questions tell me hours of restaurant, tell me you have coffee available in the morning etc. I should not have to ask.
